This has been my second time here, after going to two different places saying I needed a new set of tires. Chuck and Amy advised me that I didn't need new tires and just resealed the tire to the rims and I haven't had any problems, saving me a bunch of money. They are honest, truthful and accurate about if you need tires or not. Their prices where cheaper compared to two other companies. Support the LOCAL business vs crooked corporate businesses. If you're scared of the automotive business then come here and they will show you if there is a problem and you don't have to take someone's word.

Absolutely amazed! Couldn't get my car in anywhere until at least a week out for some tires. Called Amy and they got us in and out within 30 minutes with an amazing price!

Amy and Chuck were both VERY patient and accommodating. Amy spent her own time researching tires with a high snow rating and not only THAT- she found some Bridgestones that had a $70 rebate, saving me even more money!! I look forward to continuing business with them. I refer them to everyone!

First time at the new location and they had very good signage so their location was easy to find. I was going to get new tires but they were very honest, telling me that I only need a tire rotation and rims cleaned up due to constant leaking. Very competitive prices for sets of tires and great customer service. Support the local business because they won't scam you like the big companies.

Amy and Chucks Tires are the best in town. I got a great a deal on some almost brand new tires. I got all four tires for $300 just one cost $200. I also had one tire that blew on me they gave me a replacement at no extra charge. Please if you go anywhere for used or new tires go to Amy and Chucks tires. This place has the best customer service I have seen yet from a tire shop thanks again Amy and Chuck you guys are awesome!!

GREAT service, unbeatable prices. First experience with Amy and Chuck was last year after we blew a tire on M-6, immediately got services, and the tires have been awesome since. Just had new tires put on my other vehicle, got us in quickly, especially after a bad storm when I'm sure they were SLAMMED - were open on Sunday, got in and out in under an hour. This is a business that puts the customer first - 8 am on a Sunday on short notice? - Not gonna see that to many places. Thank you Amy and Chuck! We will be back for future needs!

I am "old school" when it comes to taking care of business. I look for businesses that give 110 percent to their customers. When I find one, I am a VERY loyal customer. It has been an extremely long time since I have been as impressed as I am with Amy and Chuck's Tire. I was looking for a bit of an odd sized used tire to use as a spare. I first called the shop to ask if they had one and the price. To my surprise and delight, they had exactly what I was looking for at a much lower price than I expected!!! Amy gave me an "out the door" price for the tire. After I arrived, I decided to have them mount it on the rim I had expecting to pay more than the original quote. I was only charged the original amount quoted!!! Thank you Amy, Chuck, and young miss pretty blue eyes!!!!

I was refered to Amy # Chucks about a year ago. Been back 3 times. Just today as I hit an infamous MI pothole......... They fixed me right up. Not by getting me for a new tire, but remounting my tire on the rim which they also checked. When you go to them for help, you can count on honesty, and old fashioned workmanship.

Big Rays Auto Repair recommended I give these guys a try. I got in quickly, they're fairly priced on a whole set, and I've have had no issues with my tires. I've recommended them to several friends since. Keep up the great work!

I take my work and personal vehicles here. Very comfortable and easy going place.

So I drive a lot for my job which basically has me circling the Grand Rapids area all day long and I put a beating on my car and my tires. I recently had a situation where when I bought the vehicle they had the wrong size tires on it. The stock is supposed to be 65r17 but they had 60r17 on the vehicle. The problem with this and my Dodge being an all-wheel-drive is that the front will tend to wear faster than the rear. The problem with is is it boils down to I have to get 4 tires no matter what I do. As it is coming into the fall-winter season I'm looking at wanting to put winter tires on my vehicle but buying brand new summer Tires at roughly almost $500 and almost the same for winter tires in a few weeks span is a huge cost. Amy and Chuck's tire was nice enough to break me a deal on a matching set 04 used correct size tires warranties and all plus quoted me a really nice price on new winter tires so I definitely will be coming back and making this place my tire shop for the foreseeable future.

Called Amy and Chucks on a Saturday very close to closing time. Had a flat tire, Chuck came right away, took tire back to shop, fixed the tire, brought back and put on car for me.
